Many of us are getting bombarded with phishing emails by hackers using artificial intelligence. They are using all sorts of different technologies to send emails pretending to be other organizations, or other people. They are trying to get us to click on these links and it’s a big problem.
One of the biggest issues is sometimes when employees click on these links it will take them to a page that it looks like a standard login page for a Microsoft 365 or Google account. We’ve seen instances where people will put in their username and password into these websites, then hackers take this information, allowing them to hack into email accounts, accessing sensitive data.
So how do you how do you deal with this?
While there are many things you can do to protect yourself on the cybersecurity front, one of the best things you can do today is use multi-factor authentication, or MFA with your Microsoft or Google accounts.
